Superior Raw Materials

Metal Steel Sheets

Sourced high-grade cold-rolled GB Q235 carbon steel from long-term, reliable suppliers with proven quality control. The precisely balanced carbon content provides the ideal mix of strength, toughness, and rigidity, keeping each desk frame stable and safe under daily use.

The cold-rolling process is done at room temperature and causes the steel to have a smooth surface, precise size and greater pull as compared to the hot-rolled steel. It is able to support heavy weight and is not bendable.

Each batch receives anti-corrosion treatment and meets REACH, RoHS, and SVHC standards, ensuring durability, rust resistance, and long-lasting performance.

Testing Standards & Methods:

• Outer packaging intact; labels clear and matching PO/drawings.
• Supplier COA/inspection report present.
• Open-box spot check: inner packing per spec (anti-rust, separators, count); brief photo record.

Testing Standards & Methods:

• Visual check: no metal chips or paper debris; grease only allowed.
• Dimension check: length matches drawings/specs.
• Performance test: current, voltage, RPM; noise ≤ 35 dB, no abnormal sound.
• Sampling: 5% per batch; record results and quarantine defects.

Control Systems

Our control systems are powered by German Infineon imported chips, which symbolize high reliability and intelligence to ensure long-term performance.

Testing Standards & Methods:

• Housing: dimensional check and trial fit; housing material sent for lab testing every 6 months.
• PCB: dimensions per drawings; trial fit with housing.
• Program/functional test: 5% sampling per batch.
• Assembly & handling: no stacking; operators wear ESD garments, wrist strap, and gloves.

Testing Standards & Methods:

• Total length per drawing; tolerance < 3 mm.
• Visual (all parts): no dents, rust, burrs, or metal chips.
• Dimensional checks with dedicated fixtures/jigs; verify length/Ø.
• Trial fit with mating parts to ensure smooth, aligned motion.
• Strength test (plastic/slider) by tooling.
• Semi-annual lab verification for screw, tube, and plastics.

Drive Systems

The metal transmission rods are made from high-strength carbon steel, ensuring stability under heavy loads for long-term use. Combined with precision engineering, these rods enable millimeter-level adjustments during lifting and lowering. Also, the plastic components are injection-molded from reinforced nylon, tested to withstand up to 6,000kg without failure.

Surface Coatings

Our eco-friendly powder coatings undergo crosshatch adhesion testing to ensure the coating firmly adheres to the surface and remains intact without peeling or detaching, even under long-term use. Certified by REACH, RoHS, and PAHs, our coatings comply with both EU and US standards, offering health-conscious and eco-friendly protection.

• Coating thickness measured with a thickness gauge at 12 points (upper, middle, lower on four sides).
• Adhesion tested by cross-cut method.
• Color checked against client’s original or approved sample for consistency.

• Dimensions (length, width, thickness) measured for accuracy; check hole position, quantity, diameter, and depth.
• Surface flat and smooth, free of particles, bubbles, orange peel, or scratches; edge banding tight with no glue failure, gaps, or chips.
• Embedded screws in pre-installed tabletops checked for looseness.
